The supreme and fundamental guide for any kind of healing work, journeying with the energetic matrices and dimensions of the universe, and indeed for navigating all parts of this exquisite life, has to be Truth; The Highest Truth.
In a world based seemingly in duality and change, we reason that a constant something is extremely useful, something to use as a reference point that doesn’t move & change, or that is predictable in it’s movement, to help us find our way around in life. With a reference point we then are able to use the power of direction, and even place signs along the way to remind us of our direction, (which is an interesting point in itself as it’s a clear acknowledgment that we remember that we forget, and that we know we have a tendency for unconsciousness!) Human beings have incredible amounts of these guiding tools, which vary in efficiency. From astronomy and maps to relationships and religion, songs, mantras, stories and ancient symbols, there are many ways that we try to remind ourselves of that which we already know.
However, amongst all these ways and guides in life, some of us seek to know an ultimate, immovable, unchangeable, undying, non-dualistic, reliable force, and we call this the Truth. Truth and the potential to know Truth is what has drawn seekers for aeons. Over time many paths have been trodden with way-showers and teachers to ensure our finding it. However, we are beings of free will, with unconscious-mind and dualism, repeatedly misconceiving and misrepresenting Truth peace and Love to our own detriment.
So, how do we ascertain the difference between the real Truth and the not-so-real truth when we have the propensity to forget what we know?
A place of Highest Truth exists within each human being, and by great kindness we have been equipped with the inner sense to discover and know this place. Only by feeling may we determine what is Absolute Truth from the perceived and believed truth.
There’s a concept and common saying that “truth hurts”. If this belief is true, then every Sage, Seer, Mystic and Great Master were wrong. It means that meditators, yogis and seekers over all the ages were out for pain, not bliss and enlightenment! The Truth is a constant, stable and undeniable force, not limited, but rather expansive in it’s nature. IT IS Source Energy, The One. It is the very core of our being. Because we are blessed and gifted with the ability to FEEL we are able to derive peace, love and joy from knowing and connecting with Truth. The beauty of Truth is the deepest sense of KNOWING that what is true is true, and is true no matter what you think, say or do about it. It just IS, usually defying our pre-conceived beliefs and definitely not containable by our minds. Every particle of us is attuned by default to recognise the real Truth, aligning us with a higher state of conscious awareness that we can call Higher Self. Consciously seeing in the living moment that the original light, the first act of Creation, lies within us as mirror so that we may see who we truly are, is truth realized (real eyes-ed) and may cause feelings of illumination, clarity, immeasurable joy and unbounded peace. It is our nature to long for Truth, find it, drink of it, be fulfilled by it and emanate with it. Truth is a need, and is sadly long forgotten, buried, denied or dismissed by many.
Small truth is a made-up truth, perceived and believed truth; based upon fear and spread widely as a self-perpetuating, self justifying lie to keep us trapped and suffering. In not knowing the Truth of ourselves; who we are and what we’re doing here, we began to create an illusion of controllable order, establishing an explainable meaning and identity in the world. We chose to take certain viewpoints of very real and tangible experiences, made conclusions that settled and formed into beliefs that now govern how we determine what happens to us. These are compartmentalized perceptions that carry huge amount of meaning IN OUR MINDS and are literally the blueprint from which we create our current day to day reality. This truth is a material resource and it is extremely limited and unsustainable! We use fact, science and endless amounts of philosophy to back them up, like an impenetrable web of reasonable self-deceit that spans relationships, families, cultures, nations, and in fact a global network. Behind small truth, or very real-seeming experiences backed-up by a weight of beliefs that we call truth, are we really just scared to admit that we don’t know, and that we can’t figure it out because it’s too big and unfathomable? If our neat boxes of conceptual truth and reality were to fall into disorder, the walls blown down or the lids lifted off, what would we refer to as real, and who would we then be?
Small truths are valid & important to us, and despite feeling uncomfortable and in pain because of them, for they are our very friends and family personified, it’s hard to let them go. They have formed the foundation of our life. Literally. How governed are you by your belief systems? Are you aware of them? Where did they come from and did you choose them? You may think that your beliefs and judgements about yourself and life and absolutely right, but are they working out well for you and the people around you? How does it feel to believe what you do, about God? The world? People and family? Who you are and what you’re capable of?
All that we believe seems so real that we’ll call it a truth, but it stems from the limited mind, a limited consciousness who’s job it is to convince us that we are all separate from one another, the Earth and God.
A simple example of a believed truth / powerful limiting belief is “I am unloved” We surely KNOW that this isn’t true, but we can find plenty of resource material to back up the statement, which then in turn evokes powerful and toxic emotions that add levity to it. We’ve become addicted to our beliefs and the emotions attached to them, feeding from them, trying to gain some sense of nourishment and fulfillment in a backwards kind of way. Small truths are a hard habit to break! We are so hungry for some substance and sustenance of reality, but instead, not conceiving of it or finding it we feed ourselves logical determinations and calculations of reality. This doesn’t feel so good, it’s difficult to swallow, digest and feel content with, yet we feel something, so that has to be enough.
Which truth do we innately know and long for, and yet which one do we most often settle for and live with on a daily basis, thinking that we know it?
Absolute Truth is the law of Source on Earth. The time of beliefs has come to an end and the time of KNOWING and coming Home to Knowing is upon us.
(Tip: Truth, by its nature, feels ‘good’ to us. When something’s not true it doesn’t feel so good. The closer to truth it is the better it feels. A consequence of truth, even just a droplet, is that it brings a feeling of relief)
