6 Days of Self-Love: The Gold Program

Arrival ~ Saturday 6 April from 4pm
  • With free transfers from the airport to the beautifully, fully equipped villa, arrive from 4PM with a warm welcome, a light meal, introductions and evening meditation.

​Day 1 ~ Sunday 7 April
  • Morning sunshine yoga on the deck with Olivia - a gentle practise to ease you into your body & get grounded.
  • Start the day right with self-love smoothies for breakfast! Learn Tara's secret superfood recipe, and experiment with energising & healthy ingredients to create your own!
  • Intention setting ~ Knowing why you came & what you want to get out of your retreat.
  • ​Learn how to connect with your authentic self and come back home to a place that feels safe and true within you. Tara will teach you a method for instant relief and inner peace that works even for high level anxiety and long term stress.
  • ​Morning Break ~ Yummy snacks, juices and more.
  • ​Transformational Decisions ~ Be guided through an exercise to help you discover the hidden cause of your particular block​ or problem. Whether it's relationship problems, family, money, physical health or mental health issues, self worth, weight, loss of direction, or a need to find your soul and purpose, you will have a revolutionary breakthrough, guaranteed.

  • Morning Break ~ Yummy snacks, juices and more.
  • ​Deep dive into relationship wounds and unhappy dynamics with partners & parents for Your healing & transformation.​​
  • Lunch ~ An exciting, delicious and healthy platter of tastes and colours for a self-love boost in the belly department!
  • Take time to rest & reflect or walk on the beach...
  • Undoing the conditions of love..."I'm only loved when...," or "I get love if I don't..." Developing your voice and self love language - How you treat yourself is how you allow others to treat you.

Day 5 ~ Thursday 11 April

  • ​Morning check in ~ What's new today, what left yesterday?​
  • Creative Time ~ Choose from having a 1:1 soul session and reading with Tara, a bodywork/massage session with Pratiti, or​ learn self-love food preparation with Olivia.​
  • Morning Break ~ Yummy snacks, juices and more.
  • ​Off on a boat to a beautiful spot for a sea-life adventure day! Scuba diving, snorkelling, swimming or sunbathing time!
  • ​Creative Time ~ Choose from having a 1:1 soul session and reading with Tara, a bodywork/massage session with Pratiti, or learn self-love food preparation with Olivia.
  • Closing group check in to wrap up the bootcamp with love.
  • Evening Meal ~ Eating Out Celebration!
  • ​Goodbye for now and airport drop off from 7PM onwards, or stay for the extra free day!
Day 6 ~ Friday 12 April ~ Extra Free Day!

With no excursions or activities planned, meals or massages included, this is a totally free day to enjoy as you please. It's a wonderful buffer between the self-love work that has taken place and the transition back to normality. This day allows for your peaceful integration of your new practices and process. This extra free day is optional and does not have to be taken. Guests may leave after the bootcamp ends on Thursday 11th evening at their discretion, or anytime on Friday 12th.

NB:
*This schedule may be subject to slight changes and adaptations according to any unexpected circumstances which may arise, and to suit the group.

**In the highly unlikely circumstances where the bootcamp is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund shall be given. 
***Bootcamp includes all meals in the villa as stated above, and excludes dining out expenses.
****Deposits and full payments are non-refundable should guests wish to cancel, but places are transferrable.

​Tara Love Perry is a Master Soul Reader, sometimes known as 'The Spiritual Midwife'. She is a naturally gifted intuitive energy worker with a high level spectrum of extra-sensory abilities that allow her to see, hear, feel, communicate & empathise with ranges of energy from your cells and DNA to your Soul and Eternal Spirit.

With over 15 years professional experience as a Soul Reader, Channel & Energy Healer, her talks, trainings, 1:1 sessions and workshops have currently taken her to 11 countries over 4 continents, with many thousands of souls, including spiritual leaders, political leaders, corporate leaders, coaches, authors, CEO's and artists having benefited from her unique methods and delivery. She's the UK's leading Self-Love Expert and is leading the way for a global shift in spirituality.

​Pratiti, also known as Erine Varela, is a loving, highly versatile and expert therapist since 1997. She first qualified as a Reiki Master in Poone, India, and then as a massage therapist in 1998 in Brazil, her home country. She has studied various modalities of massage to include therapeutic and zen shiatsu, acupressure, cupping, Swedish and deep tissue massage in the UK, alongside advanced specialisations from the prestigious Jing Institute including Hot Stones Fusion and Myofascial Release and Structural Fascial Bodywork.

She is a private Infant massage instructor and a Pre and Postnatal massage practitioner, an Acupressure for Labour advocate and is qualified in paediatric Tui Na (Chinese medical massage for children). She also gained a Bsc (Hons) Oriental Medicine (Acupuncture) and Chinese Medicine in 2010 and this has enabled her to blend her long term passion for complementary therapies, psychology and natural living. Pratiti's touch is gentle, strong and wonderful!
Olivia Brown is a Professional Dancer, Yogi and Health Food Chef. She has been teaching yoga for over 7 years and practising for over 11. She has taught throughout the UK and Europe on Retreats and Workshops and has her own Yoga studio. Her classes are suitable for all levels with her main focus on ‘Grounding.’ She incorporates elements of Qi Gong, TRE (Tremor Releasing Exercises), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Feldenkrais into her classes making it a very somatic and deep rooted practice. ​

Olivia’s skills in the kitchen started from a young age and led her to join 'Asparagasm', a vegan restaurant where she was immersed in the innovative health-food world. But Olivia’s real strengths lie in creating delicious vegan/vegetarian food that not only wets your appetite, but feeds your brain! Olivia own and runs ‘Olly’s Organics’ an Organic Vegetarian Cafe in Geneva, Switzerland.
