She's the creator of the practical, proven "I Love You, Me" Method for self love, self-realisation, transformational healing, ancestral trauma liberation & manifestation. Also the founder of 'Transformation Self-Love Therapy', a professional, accredited modality with facilitators internationally. Tara also teaches Soul Reading and self-actualisation.

Tara died before she was born…
Raised within a spiritual community since birth, influenced and taught from early childhood by an enlightened Guru of self-knowledge, Tara has had an extraordinary life devoted to love and global awakening. Her life was destined for something unusual even before she was born when she officially died, declared by 2 hospitals, in her mother’s womb for almost 2 months due to a motor accident. After which she ‘re-awakened’ and was born healthy and alive having spent 11 months in utero.
As a highly sensitive child she saw and felt things that people outwardly contradicted. She grew up feeling the world to be terribly wrong and almost everyone not telling the truth. So much seemed to be hidden and negated that Tara found being alive and human difficult to integrate with. Secretly suicidal, yet knowing that death was not released from karma, Tara became ill. From 14-25 years old she was challenged by a severe immune related illness from which she eventually healed herself. This is where her journey as a healer began. Over the years following, Tara coached many people for free and taught her personal experience of nutritional and spiritual wellness.
Blissful birthing…
In her late twenties Tara became a mother of two boys, both natural home-births. Her birthing experiences were enlightening, blissful and pain free, inspiring her to educate others about home or natural birth choices, and the spiritual implications of how birth sets the foundation for life.
In 2008 Tara opened the Live In Light Academy (LILA), a school for spiritual and psychic development, self-healing, self-empowerment, conscious relationships, angels, abundance, reconditioning blueprints, conscious conception and birth. The professional training includes LILA Soul Reading, Channeling & Energy Healing, plus the levels of facilitation, mentoring and teaching as a TSLT facilitator. The original "I Love You, Me" method was a collaboration with channeled teachings from Archangel Michael and Source.
The future…
Tara is a proud ambassador for ALALA charity for orphans of war and natural disaster for which she regularly donates profits from her books and courses.
Tara became the first leader of the 'Autonomous Party' in 2020. This is a new political party set to radically shift the way society communicates and participates in national and international policy making, of which autonomy and personal empowerment is a central focus. It is completely aligned with Tara’s message of self love, sovereignty and the ascension of human consciousness.
Tara’s greatest wish and single motivation for all her work, is for there to be more love on this planet: for the healing of all our inner-children and to create a better world for the future generations of our precious and beloved children. They are angels waiting to be birthed in full spiritual-embodiment, consciousness, and bliss.
