Witnessing the effects of world events this past few weeks particularly, I am so sorry to see so many people in real turmoil and sadness. It is alarming & distressing.
Possibly the worst thing is our feelings of helplessness that we can do nothing, or very little to create immediate or rapid relief and change from such suffering and tragedy. Please forgive me.
I believe the problem is the solution.
Where there is disharmony we are forced to recognise it by whatever means that gets our attention, whether it's a worldwide trauma, or a local one, or a physical condition within us. What festers in hidden shadows, skulking around in un-loving conditions, distorted by the lack of illuminating consciousness - must be seen, heard, empathised with and understood before any other action is taken. Unless we connect with it in unjudgemental terms, the conditions creating the disharmony will play-up, like a tantruming child, rightly expecting that their drama will gain the desperate attention needed for healing to occur. The disease must come to the surface for it to be recognised & understood before we diagnose the appropriate treatment for cure.
Can we really be so ignorant as to hate and blame some human beings who have suffered distorted conditioning for generations? Could we exchange our disgust and hatred for them for a broader awareness? Would we be willing to shift our perspectives and judgements of traumatic situations until we see with the clear light of unconditional love? See that the symptoms of their conditioning, although expressed differently to yours, are still symptoms of a not-so dissimilar conditioning. They suffer too. They are human beings also caught out of harmony and alignment with the unconditional giving-ness of Life. They also seek Peace and Love, or saving from the world, as you do. It's just that the ideas of how we get there, to the ultimate state of peace or love, are different.
Bless us all because we are all on this same boat - the ship of planet earth, finding our way Home to what feels genuinely peaceful, freeing and enriching.
Once we heal our own pain, our discordance with others, the world and with life, our perspective naturally and automatically transforms. When the bomb has been diffused, then we can make more heart centred choices about what to do next. We have greater clarity on the situation.
Forgiveness may then take centre stage and dance her dance, sweeping in every un-enlightened, unforgiven, shadow-land within us all, and spread warm relief like the morning sun upon the hardened, frozen grounds of humanity's heart.
Peace is possible. Unconditional Love is possible.
It begins at Home.
It begins with you.
It begins with your next breath.
Begin your peace talks with you.
Peace, Love, forgiveness and golden blessings to all.
